I hope that's not a 50th anniversary car, because that would suck.

Isn't the 50th Anniversary edition just an appearance package, with a $20k mark-up?

This is the actual 50th Anniversary limited edition, only 1964 will be made. It's mostly appearance changes. Basically loaded and has some exclusive stuff. They go for about 47-48K. I feel that's right where they should be, no more. Now the dealers on the other hand, are marking them up unfortunately. I'm happy to say the dealer I go to sold them for MSRP, but no less, which is fine by me.

If you check Autotrader, dealers are listing them in the 60k's. That's why I said 20k mark-up.

Yup, they have some really stupid mark ups on them. I've seen a few hit 100K. It's not fair and doesn't make sense. I love this car but wouldn't pay a cent over MSRP for it.

I'd rather just have a GT Premium in orange, with the performance pack.

It's just the standard frame rigidity test performed en-route. What?... You never saw that before? C'mon, where have you been?
